Calvary Preschool - In the Heart of Alexandria

Calvary Lutheran Church views children and families as a precious resource, given by God, and acknowledges its responsibility to assist parents in providing for their children’s nurture and care. At Calvary Lutheran Preschool, School Readiness activities and Christian values abound! We share the gospel and love of Jesus Christ while preparing your child for Kindergarten. Our small class sizes (15-17 children per class) allow for more individualized learning. We are committed to creating a Christian atmosphere in which the social, physical, emotional, spiritual and intellectual well-being of children are of utmost importance.

ThREE/FOUR YEAR OLDS

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
8:00-11:30am $230 per month

Tuesdays & Thursdays
8:00-11:30am $165 per month

*Children must be 3 by September 1, 2024

WHAT WILL MY THREE YEAR OLD LEARN?
Your three-year old will learn that school is fun! We focus largely on social-emotional skills that will help your child gain confidence, independence, and demonstrate kindness to others. Pre-academics for three year olds are largely focused on foundational skills to prepare them for four year old classes.

FOUR/FIVE YEAR OLDS

NEW! Mondays through Fridays
8:00-11:30am $395 per month

Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays
8:00-3:00pm $459 per month

Tuesdays & Thursdays
8:00-3:00pm $330 per month

*Children must be 4 by September 1, 2024

WHAT WILL MY FOUR YEAR OLD LEARN?
Your four or five year old will work to prepare for the more focused environment of Kindergarten. Curriculum will help them develop their pre-writing and reading skills and address more complex social skills needed for school.

Need care outside of school hours?

Before school care runs from 7:15-8:00 am at a cost of $4 per day.
After school care runs from 3:00-5:00 pm for $10 per day or from 3:00-4:00 pm at a cost of $5 per day.
