Baptism and communion are two of the weirdest things Christians do. Where else do you ceremonially dribble water over a child's head, or dunk adults fully clothed in public? Where else do you eat a cracker the size of a nickel and swish it down with less than a shot glass of wine? The sacraments are odd rituals and many of us don’t even realize it.
